Step-by-step guide to changing your provider on Registro.br
If you already have your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) registered on the Registro.Br website, to change your provider and bring your domains to our hosting platform, you need to indicate the WebLink provider on Registro.BR. Follow the steps below so we can register and configure domains in your name.
Before you startIf you have email accounts in use with this domain, make sure to Download all emails to your local computer. Or back up those emails. Only after that should you proceed with changing your current provider to WebLink.
1. Go to the Registro.br website.
2. Access your account
3. Enter name and username
4. Access your ownership information.
5. Click on edit information.
6. Click on "Request another provider".
7. Search for and select “WEBLINK (102)”
8. Click "I agree" to save the changes.
9. Contact us so we can complete the registration setup.
